In life their are snakes in the grass, ones you cannot see until it is to late. They will try to sneak up on you and try to derail you from achieving your goals and dreams. The snakes I am referring to are your self sabotaging behaviors and the most sneakiest is the feeling of procrastination.
Avoidance and procrastination can be really powerful in stopping you from doing something really simple, to something you have never done before and need to do, in order to get the life you want. By learning how to recognizing these subtle feelings and behaviors within yourself, you can over power them.
